Medical Quality Improvement

The MQIO is one of the three functional units of the Medical Services Group. It is concerned with establishing and monitoring adherence to evidence-based quality of care standards as well as administering various quality improvement initiatives of TMC. It provides QI training to both medical and non-medical staff and assists in supervising and monitoring QI projects both at the department and institutional levels.
