PSI - Nomination Committee Guidelines 2020
To all stockholders: Professional Services, Inc. will hold its annual stockholders meeting on June 11, 2020, among others, for the election of the Corporation’s Board of Directors to serve for 2020 - 2021. The Nomination Committee shall accept and screen nominees for director from March 3, 2020 to March 17, 2020 and for this purpose releases the attached Guidelines and Criteria in the Conduct of the Nomination for Directors for the guidance of all stockholders.
