Overview
It was in 2011 when this plan became a reality when TMC Iloilo combined world class patient care, skilled specialists, new technologies and education to dramatically improve the treatment of heart diseases in Western Visayas through its Cardiovascular Program.
At present, TMC Iloilo’s world-class Cardiac Program continues to save lives and first performed different cardiac surgeries such as Coronary Angiogram in June 2011, Coronary Angioplasties in November 2011, and Heart Bypass in the same year. Noting its success is the 21 Open Heart Surgeries performed at TMC Iloilo in just a span of one year.
Driven by the commitment of promoting wellness to everyone, TMC Iloilo introduced the Center for Wellness Program which also became the hospital’s flagship program, making us as a one-stop shop in providing world-class medical services available to all. Under the said program, TMC Iloilo offers a wide range of services including preventive, promotive, proactive, diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitative interventions. It also employs methods and methodologies guided by the principles of evidence-based medicine
