TO ALL STOCKHOLDERS:
In connection with the Annual Stockholders Meeting Professional Services, Inc. for 2026, the Nominations Committee approved the release of Guidelines and Criteria in the Conduct of the Nomination for Directors for the guidance of all stockholders. The committee shall accept nominees for director beginning April 6, 2026 until April 17, 2026.
