Pediatric Emergency Services

pediatric doctors and nurses are available 24/7 to provide immediate care for children facing emergency cases. In addition to expert consultation, the department offers rapid diagnostic services for both infectious and non-infectious conditions.

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Our Level III NICU provides high-risk care for newborns, including pre-term, surgical, neurosurgical, and congenital heart disease cases. With a multispecialty team, we offer care and ongoing support, including early detection and interventions through newborn screening, hearing screening, and cardiac screening.

In-Patient Services (Floor/Wards)

Our in-patient services offer 24/7 care with pediatric residents, daily consultant rounds, and specialized nurses. Equipped to handle pediatric emergencies and up-to-date in pediatric care, we provide a secure and child-friendly environment on a designated floor for patients under 19.

Center for Developmental Pediatrics

The Institute of Pediatrics’ Center for Developmental Pediatrics excels in child developmental screening, comprehensive evaluations, and tailored care plans. Services also cover feeding assessment and management, with allied health therapy, plus valuable education for parents and professionals.

Lactation Center

Our Lactation Center provides prenatal breastfeeding classes, individual consultations with specialists, referrals to support groups, resources, pasteurization, and operates a human milk bank, dedicated to assisting breastfeeding mothers and newborns.
