Ebola: Know your risk

- Have you been to countries with known Ebola cases (within 21 days of departure from Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone and other Ebola-affected countries)?

- Had direct contact with patients suspected or confirmed to have Ebola?

- Had consultation in hospitals in Ebola-affected countries?

- Consumed meat products in countries with known Ebola cases?

If you suspect you have been exposed to Ebola virus, our healthcare worker will conduct clinical assessment and give you the necessary advice.

You will also be referred to the following DOH-accredited institutions to confirm the diagnosis and manage the disease:

• Research Institute for Tropical Medicine
• Lung Center of the Philippines
• San Lazaro Hospital
