Pain Lay Forum on Aug 8

In celebration of Pain Awareness Week, The Medical City Department of Anesthesia, Pain Clinic, and Center for Patient Partnership invite you to "Conquering Pain in the Joints," a multispecialty lay forum on August 8, 2015, Saturday, 9am at the 4th Floor Conference Room, Podium Building (The Medical City).

Topics include:

• What is Pain?;
• Understanding and Measuring Pain;
• Pain in Joints: Orthopedic Considerations and Common Causes and Pain Management; and
• Mindfulness for Patients in Pain.
