Visiting hours vary by unit to support patient care, safety, and recovery. Please refer to the schedule below and follow unit-specific guidelines during your visit.

(7:00 AM - 10:00 PM)
Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
(9:00 AM - 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM) ICU, 3/F, Podium Building, The Medical City
Newborn babies viewing
(11:00 AM - 12:00 NN and 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM daily) NICU, 5/F, Podium Building, The Medical City
Intensive Maternal Unit (IMU)
(11:00 AM - 12:00 NN and 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM) Delivery Suite, 5/F, Podium Building, The Medical City
  • Only 1 watcher per patient is allowed in the ward.
  • Children below 7 years old are not allowed in all patient care areas, including the ICU waiting area.
  • Guests of patients admitted in the ward and ICU may stay in the common waiting areas.
