Airport Pick-Up and Transport

Provide airport pick-up and transportation to the hospital or hotel, arranging medical or non-medical transport based on the patient's needs.

Welcome and Orientation

A dedicated International Patient Concierge warmly welcomes the patient and their family, providing a welcome packet, facility overview, and process orientation.

Admission Process

Coordinate with hospital staff to ensure a smooth check-in process, assisting patients with admission paperwork, insurance, payment options, and overall support during admission.

Patient Care Management

Provide continuous support to the patient and their family throughout treatment, ensuring both medical and non-medical needs are met.

Coordination with Medical Team

Facilitate communication between the medical team, the patient, and their family, providing updates and coordinating with the patient’s home physician if needed. Additionally, manage insurance guarantees, offer translation services, and address cultural differences to respect the patient’s customs and preferences.

Discharge Planning

Assist with the discharge process by coordinating final payments, discharge documentation, and medical clearances while planning transportation and continued care at home or a nearby hotel to support the patient’s recovery.

Medical Follow-Up

Coordinate post-treatment follow-up appointments, either virtual or in-person, and ensure medical records are shared with the patient’s home physician for continued care.
