Notice is hereby given that during the Special Stockholders Meeting of Professional Services, Inc. held 26 April 2022 at 1:00 pm, the stockholders of the Corporation present constituting a quorum, after due discussion, on motion duly made and seconded, without objection, approved the adjournment of the Special Stockholders Meeting to 02 May 2022 at 1:00 pm, on the account of the insufficiency of those present to approve the proposed increase in the Corporation’s Authorized Capital Stock. The meeting shall be held at the same venue - at the Augusto M. Barcelon Auditorium, The Medical City, Don Eugenio Lopez Sr. Medical Complex, Ortigas Avenue, Barangay Ugong, Pasig City, Philippines.
